Your key responsibilities will be:

As our new Finance Business Partner, you will be a part of a committed finance team. You will develop strong relationships across the organization and act as a trusted advisor.


•    Driving and facilitating follow-up related to financial planning, controlling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
•    Developing reporting processes and automated reports using a variety of tools and systems
•    Performing strategic financial tracking and analyses
•    Directing standardization, efficiency, and the improvement of recurring reporting processes
•    KPIs, Business cases & other analyses

Your profile

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who will take charge of driving initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and financial performance. You are comfortable pushing budget owners to make data-driven choices to drive better business outcomes. We're seeking someone who wants take action and empower stakeholders to control their business based on factual insights, ultimately contributing to our organization's success and growth.


•    Relevant master degree (Finance, Accounting, Economy or Business administration)
•    1-2 years of experience in a in a related field
•    Strong financial modelling and Excel skills (MS Office)
•    Budgeting and planning experience are an advantage (FP&A) 
•    Fluency in English, written and spoken
•    Preferable experience with Power BI (we use Microsoft Dynamics AX, PowerBI and SAP BP)
•    Strong communication and coordination skills
•    Details-oriented, organized and self-directed team player with an ability to work in matrix organizations and with different stakeholder levels
